Russell Springs woman arrested on assault charge

A Russell Springs woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon by Russell Springs Police. 29-year-old Jessica Popp was arrested and charged with assault fourth degree with minor injury. Popp was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
