Two Men Face Multiple Charges Following Russell County Traffic Stops

Two men were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center following separate traffic stops Wednesday.

Kentucky State Police arrested 45-year-old Adam Aaron of Russell Springs Wednesday afternoon after initially stopping him for speeding.

Aaron was charged with speeding, failure to have his license in possession, failure to produce an insurance card, expired registration plates and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Then, around 7 p.m., Russell County Deputy Sheriff Stone Bolin arrested 43-year-old Don Adams of Nancy following a traffic stop in the Jabez community.

Adams was charged with DUI, reckless driving, driving on a DUI-suspended license, tampering with physical evidence and disorderly conduct.
