The Laker Tennis team split a matchup with Monroe County last week.
The boys won 5-0. Carson Buras, Ethan Coe, and Daniel Blakey picked up singles wins. Brodey Brown and Sebastian Betts-Jimenez won in doubles, and Owen Buras and Ben Brown also picked up a win.
The girls fell 3-2. Abby Helm won in singles competition and Callie Terry and Brinda Patel won in doubles.
The tennis team is off this week and will be back in action a week from tomorrow, April 14, at Pulaski County.
