Lady Laker Tennis defeats Cumberland County

The Russell County Lady Laker Tennis team defeated Cumberland County 4-1 yesterday.

Abby Helm and Laila Hammond won in singles competition. In doubles competition, the duos of Anna Kimbrell and Dori Ballou and Callie Terry and Brinda Patel picked up victories for Russell County.

The boys and girls will be in action tomorrow, going on the road to take on Monroe County.
