A Russell Springs man was arrested on drug charges in Columbia Friday night.
Columbia Police say 26-year-old Jimmie Gosser was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine – second offense.
Gosser was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by Columbia P0lice in the area of Jamestown Street and South Highway 55 on Friday night. The driver of the vehicle, 34-year-old Tyler McLean of Columbia, was also arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine – third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and multiple traffic violations.
Both were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
