RS Man Arrested on Assault Charges

According to jail records, Michael David Bailey was arrested by Russell Springs Office Ethan Pike and charged with Assault, 4^th Degree (Domestic Violence) minor injury.

Bailey was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 10:30 Friday night.
