The Russell County Grand Jury handed up indictments on Tuesday.
Those indicted were…
· Kaitlyn Knopp- Driving under the influence, 1st offense
· Joseph Goodin- Public intoxication, Goodin and Knopp were both were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
· Cody Cooper- Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
· William Wilson- Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree Theft by Unlawful Taking over $10,000, Criminal Mischief, 1st Degree
· Wolfgang Burkhard- Bail Jumping, 1st Degree
· Tony Owens- Charged with Bail Jumping, 1st Degree, Persistent Felony Offender, 1st Degree
· Glen Blankenship- Criminal Mischief, 1st Degree, Persistent Felony Offender 1st Degree
