Russell Springs Man Arrested on Theft Charges

According to jail records, 18-year-old Janson Flatt, was arrested by Officer Necessary with the Russell Springs Police Department and charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking (Parts from a Vehicle) more than $1,000 but less than $10,000.

Flatt was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 2:00 this morning.
