A man was taken into custody just after 10:00 p.m. Tuesday following a disturbance at a residence on Little Louisville Road just outside of Jamestown.
According to the arrest citation by Deputy Stone Bolin, he was dispatched to a residence at 112 Little Louisville Road, Lot 2, after a complaint involving property damage. The homeowner told 911 Dispatchers that Danny Prater had allegedly ripped an air conditioning unit from a window before leaving the scene and going to another residence nearby.
When Deputy Bolin and Jamestown Police Officer Corey Meyer located Prater, they requested EMS to evaluate him. Police say the property owner at the second location told officers Prater did not have permission to be on her property or inside her vehicle where he was found.
The report states Prater became combative while being transported to jail, causing himself to bleed inside the patrol vehicle, resulting in Prater being transported to the hospital where police say he continued acting disorderly in front of hospital staff and patients.
After being treated and released from medical care, Prater was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center on charges of alcohol intoxication, criminal mischief, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.
