34-year-old Tiffany Kerr was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct second degree.
39-year-old Brian Jacob Kerr was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct second degree.
Videos circulating on social media show an incident during the derby in which a driver got out of his vehicle after being hit up against a wall multiple times.
The driver got out of the vehicle and the car moved toward the driver. The driver then appears to throw his helmet at the car, and the car accelerates toward the driver, who jumps over the barricade.
The video also shows a woman leaping over the fence from the stands and walking onto the track, approaching the car and reaching into the window before officers removed her from the track.
Both individuals were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
