Russell Springs woman arrested on drug possession charge this morning

A Russell Springs woman was arrested on a drug possession charge this morning in Jamestown.

43-year-old Terri B. Garner of Russell Springs was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine – third or more offense and public intoxication of a controlled substance.

Garner was arrested by Officer Nathan Antle with the Jamestown Police Department. She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center a little before 10:00 this morning.
