Russell Springs man arrested on drug charges

A Russell Springs man was arrested on drug charges over the weekend.

20-year-old Levi Howard was arrested and charged with possession of synthetic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Howard was arrested by Russell Springs Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center Saturday evening.
