Russell Springs Police arrested a Pennsylvania man on multiple charges over the weekend.
Police arrested 20-year-old Nickolas Houghtailing late Saturday night. He’s charged with custodial interference, unlawful transaction with a minor – third degree and fleeing or evading police first degree.
Houghtailing was arrested by Officer Kendall Catron and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 11:40 Saturday night.
