A Louisville man was arrested Tuesday morning on multiple charges by the Jamestown Police Department.
49-year-old James Carter was arrested and charged with escape – 2nd degree, tampering with a prisoner monitoring device, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of gambling records – 2nd degree.
Carter was arrested by Officer Heath Tarter with the Jamestown Police Department. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 10:45 Tuesday morning.
