Doris was born in Columbia, KY on June 7, 1942, a daughter of the late Floy (Burris) and Everett S. VanArsdale.
She was a member and Sunday school teacher at Creelsboro Christian Church, retired from the Kentucky Department of Human Services.
She is survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Gordon Sonny Miller, daughter Leslie Dawn Miller, sisters Rena Carter, Lou Keltner, Donna Bivens, and Judy Miller, brothers Paul VanArsdale and J.C. VanArsdale.
Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 9th at Creelsboro Christian Church in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Larry Johnson officiating.
Public Visitation will be held 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 8th and 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 9th at Creelsboro Christian Church in Jamestown, KY.
Burial in the Keeton Cemetery, Jamestown, KY.
