A Shogun restaurant in Russell Springs is still in the works.
Progress on the new restaurant has slowed due to some architectural and engineering issues, but the restaurant still plans to locate in Russell Springs, according to the city’s Economic Development Director, Jeramy Coffey.
Coffey was a guest on Community Conversation on WJRS this week and shared more details on the status of Shogun.
Coffey said city officials spoke with Shogun owner Harlan Judd within the last few days and said he expects the contract to be signed in the next week or two, allowing work at the site to begin.
