Lake Cumberland was voted as Kentucky Living’s Best Water Tourism Spot.

Lake Cumberland was voted first place by the readers of Kentucky Living Magazine. Green River Lake in Campbellsville came in second and Cave Run Lake in Morehead came in third.

This was the third straight year that Lake Cumberland finished in first or second place in the annual readers choice contest. Lake Cumberland finished first place in 2023 and was second in 2024, behind Green River Lake.
