School board approves change to district vaping/tobacco policy

The Russell County Board of Education met in special session yesterday morning, and during that meeting, the board approved a change to the district’s policy on vaping and tobacco products.

Russell County Schools Superintendent Michael Ford spoke to WJRS News about the policy change and why he thinks it will be beneficial for the school district.
