The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Somerset man on multiple charges Saturday night.
According to reports, 44-year-old Joshua R. Popplewell of Somerset was arrested Saturday night and charged with criminal mischief second degree, leaving the scene of an accident, operating a motor vehicle under the influence (fourth or more offense), and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
Popplewell was arrested by Deputy Phipps with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 8:15 Saturday night.
