School board approves program aimed at helping students eye care needs

The Russell County Board of Education approved a program at its board meeting this week that aims to address student eye care needs.

Superintendent Michael Ford gave WJRS News a breakdown of what the program entails.

The school district implemented a similar program to help students with dental needs in 2022.
