The Lakers defeated the Tennessee Vikings by a score of 10-3 yesterday.
Owen Loy led the Lakers with 3 hits, while Adam Walters and Trace Stringer each finished with 2 hits.
Walters and Walker Stephens drove in a pair of runs each.
Austin Bartrug picked up the win on the mound for Russell County, pitching 3 2/3 innings, and giving up 3 runs on 6 hits, striking out 4.
