Jamestown Elementary School’s principal search is underway.
Former principal Diane Blankenship retired at the end of 2023, and Rene Gossage has been serving as the school’s interim principal since then.
ussell County Middle School’s School-Based Decision Making Council has released a survey asking for input regarding the ongoing principal search.
That survey can be accessed here.
School officials say they plan to have a principal in place well in advance of the start of the 2024-2025 school year.
