mother Patricia Passmore Bell, of Russell Springs, KY;

father Donnie Stephens, of Russell Springs, KY;

two daughters, Isabella Lopez, and Hayden Brady, of Loretto, KY;

two sisters, Victoria Passmore, and Maria Passmore, of Russell Springs, KY.
