A Russell Springs man was arrested earlier this week by Kentucky State Police on drug charges, according to jail records.
Shawn Davis, age 28, was charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree first offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance second degree (drug unspecified), and two counts of non-payment of court costs, fines, or fees.
Davis was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
