Four Russell County High School bass fishing team members qualified for the state tournament over the past weekend.
Will Stephens and Lucas Wray placed 7th in the region tournament, and Nick Aaron and Clay Ferguson placed 17th.
The Region 2 Tournament was held at Halcomb’s Landing on Lake Cumberland.
The four fishermen will compete Friday, May 13, and Saturday, May 14, on Kentucky Lake.
