A Jamestown man was arrested by Russell Springs Police early Sunday morning.
According to jail records, 37-year-old Justin Woodall was arrested just after 5 a.m. Sunday on charges of possession of methamphetamine, advertisement of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.
Woodall was arrested by Officer Debra Necessary with the Russell Springs Police Department and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
