A Jamestown man was arrested by Kentucky State Police Friday afternoon.
46-year-old Michael Robertson was charged with possession of a controlled substance first degree, possession of a controlled substance third degree, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, and failure to wear a seat belt.
Robertson was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
