A Jamestown man was arrested by Kentucky State Police Monday evening.
42-year-old Gregory Williams was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to notify address change.
He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 4 p.m. yesterday.
