The Russell County Board of Education will hold a special-called meeting this morning at 9 a.m.
The meeting will be in Room 114 of the Russell County ANC.
The agenda includes discussion of possible athletic facilities upgrades and a memorandum of understanding with Second Mile Behavioral Health.
