A Russell Springs man was arrested by Russell Springs Police on Thursday morning on strangulation and other charges, according to jail records.
Ronald L. Webb, Jr., age 38, was taken into custody by Lt. Bobby Pritchard on charges of second degree strangulation and assault fourth degree (domestic violence) no visible injury. Webb was also cited for failure to appear in court.
Webb was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 8 a.m. Thursday.
