The Russell County Public Library is celebrating one year since the launch of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library. WJRS News caught up with Library Director Lindsey Westerfield to talk about what the first year of the program has been like in Russell County.
Westerfield also spoke about the library’s plans moving forward with the program and a successful first year.
