Both the Russell County High School Softball and Baseball teams will be in action today.
Lady Laker Softball will hold Senior Night tonight as Russell County hosts Cumberland County in a district matchup.
Seniors Caroline Wells, Payton Kinnett, Sophie Shearer, and Tarryn Reynolds will be recognized at around 5 p.m. with first pitch at 5:30 p.m.
We’ll have the action live on Laker Country 104.9 this evening.
On the baseball side, the Lakers will go on the road for a district matchup with Cumberland County.
First pitch is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
