A Casey County Middle School student is facing charges after video circulated of a student assaulting and strangling another student.
The student, who was White, reportedly held a Black student in a headlock while using racial slurs until the student passed out in a school bathroom last week.
Police are still reportedly reviewing the video and more charges could be filed.
Several other students can be seen in the video watching the incident unfold while one student recorded it on their phone.
No further information has been released due to all parties involved being juveniles, and the investigation is still ongoing by the Liberty Police Department.
