The Russell Springs Fire Department responded to an apartment fire on Snow Road at around 7 p.m. yesterday.
Russell Springs Fire Chief Bobby Johnson told WJRS News that the fire affected two apartments, which are owned by Chad Aaron.
Tenants were inside the apartments at the time of the fire, but were able to get out safely and no injuries were reported.
The apartments sustained moderate damage and fire crews were on scene for about 2.5 hours according to Johnson.
