The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said the statewide computer issue that has caused problems at county clerk offices across the state with vehicle transfers and some other services has been resolved.
“The AVIS system issues affecting vehicle-related transactions at County Clerk Offices have been resolved,” a statement from the cabinet said. “Delays may be experienced as clerks work through a backlog of vehicle-related service requests.”
