Susanna C. Burkett, 77, of Russell Springs, KY, passed away Friday, July 2nd, at Jean Waddle Care Center, Somerset, KY
Susanna was born in Russell Springs, KY on August 25, 1943, a daughter of the late Rosalia E. (Scales) and Leo L. Roy.
She was a homemaker.
Susanna is survived by
a daughter, Joanna, wife of Greg Eads, of Russell Springs, KY;
a son, Daniel, husband of Anita Burkett, of Windsor, KY;
a sister, Evona Withers, of Russell Springs, KY;
two brothers, Berlon Roy, of Glasgow, KY; Vernon Roy, of Phoenix, AZ.
three grandchildren Gregory Eads, Jason Eads and Joshua Burkett, two great granddaughters Lillie and Emerie as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Dewey Everett Burkett, 1 sister Gertrude Gosser, 3 brothers Garlen Roy, Golden Roy and Ansel Roy.
Religious Service at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, Jamestown, KY, at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 6th, with Bro. Paul Roy officiating.
Friends may visit Tuesday 1:00 to 2:00 PM. at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel.
Interment at Union Cemetery Russell Springs, KY.
Pallbearers: Gregory Eads, Jason Eads, Joshua Burkett, Greg Eads and Michael Ford.
