The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Russell Springs man on a rape charge Tuesday evening.
Justin K. Coonce, age 32, was arrested and charged with rape, first degree. He was indicted on a first degree rape charge by a Russell County grand jury in November 2020.
Coonce was arrested by Deputy Phipps of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 6 p.m.
