After nearly six hours of meeting in executive session Monday, the Russell County High School Site-Based Decision Making Council is bringing back two finalists for the principal position on Thursday for a second round of interviews, and a decision is expected to be made then.
The council met yesterday at 3:45 p.m. and interviewed three people for the position. Voting on a new hire for the position was possible at Monday’s meeting, but the council wants to interview two of those finalists again before making a decision.
