Phillip J. Russell, 54, of Jamestown, KY, passed away Monday, July 12th, at Russell County Hospital.
Phillip was born in Marion Co., IN on January 19, 1967, a son of the late Maxine (Warriner) and Billy Russell
Phillip is survived by
two sisters, Treva Russell, of Columbia, KY, and Rena Miller, of Russell Springs, KY three brothers, Avery Russell, of Columbia, KY, Roger Russell, of Jamestown, KY and Randy Russell, of Jamestown, KY.
A host of nieces and nephews also survive.
The family chose care and cremation and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
