A Russell Springs man was arrested Monday afternoon by Russell Springs Police on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, among other charges.
Douglas Payton, age 49, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, operating a moped without a license, and failure to or improper signal.
Payton was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after noon on Friday.
