Local law enforcement arrested two individuals over the weekend.
The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Jamie Sharp Friday night on charges of criminal trespassing first degree, public intoxication of a controlled substance, and theft by unlawful taking less than $500.
Russell Springs Police arrested 30-year-old Brandon L. Burton Friday night on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked license, no registration plates or receipt, and other traffic-related charges.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
