The Russell County Laker Boys Golf team went on the road on Tuesday, traveling to Dale Hollow State Park to take on Clinton county. In the varsity matchup, Clinton County defeated Russell County in a close match, 166 to 169. Nick Blakey had the low score for the Lakers with a 38.
In the JV matchup, Russell County won by 31 strokes, defeating Clinton JV 206 to 237. Daylon Blevins was the top golfer for Russell County with a 46.
