A Casey County jury on Friday convicted 37-year-old Jason Reusser of the Windsor community of 28 different felony offenses, including first, second and third degree rape, sodomy, incest, and first degree criminal abuse.
The jury recommended Reusser receive the maximum sentence for each charge, totaling 865 years in prison. Circuit Judge Judy Vance Murphy set final sentencing for March 9th in Casey Circuit Court. The Officer of Special Prosecutions within the Attorney General’s Office prosecuted the case.
