Timothy Dale Carter, age 63, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Wednesday, October 21 2026 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland. 
He was born on Sunday, September 22 1963, in Columbia, KY.
He was the son of:
Mother – Pearly Brown Carter, who has preceded him in death
Father – Hollis Carter, who has preceded him in death

He is survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Carolyn Scholl, Cleda Wolford, Mitchell Carter, David Lee Carter and Bonita McWhorter. Timothy was an avid chess player, historian and loved video games and attended Faith General Baptist Church in the past. He was a wonderful brother and a favorite uncle, was always quick witted and funny and was always willing to help someone if they needed. Being disabled from birth, Timothy overcame many obstacles in life.
Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday, October 23 2026 at Tarter Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY. with Bro. Robert Coppage officiating.
Interment will be in Tarter Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY.
