Funeral services for Carlos Harris will be held Monday, December 23^rd at 11:00 am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Bethel United Methodist Cemetery in Mt. Washington. Friends may call for visitation from 4:00 until 8:00 pm Sunday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia.
