Jerry B. Blankenship, age 72, of Jamestown, passed away Monday, November 25th, 2019 at his residence.
He is survived by:

- Darryl Blankenship of California
Two grandchildren also survive.
A Memorial Service for Jerry Blankenship will be held Sunday, December 1st at 1:30 pm at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel with burial in the Craig Cemetery in Albany.
