The monthly community blood drive will be on Thursday from noon until 5:30 pm at the South Kentucky RECC Community Room, located at 2405 North Main Street in Jamestown. One donor will win a $100 giveaway, sponsored by Russell County Jailer Bobby Dunbar. Blood donors must be at least 17 years old or 16 with parental consent, weigh at least 110 pounds, be in general good health, show a photo ID and meet additional requirements.
