Shortly before 2:30 pm on Tuesday, a bank robbery occurred at the BB&T Bank in Russell Springs, according to the Russell Springs Police Department. This is the same banking location that was robbed back in June 2018.
Local and state authorities continue the search for the suspect today and the investigation is ongoing. Police have not said if the suspect had a weapon or how much the he got away with at this time. The suspect is a white male in his 50’s or 60’s. If anyone has any information you are urged to call 911. Any tips can also be sent to the RSPD tip line at 270-566-9111.
