A Liberty man was arrested late Wednesday night at a residence along Kentucky 1729.
KSP Trooper Maverick Gadberry took 42-year-old Jeremy Owens into custody on a warrant for failure to comply with the sex-offender registry.
Owens was also charged with possession of methamphetamine.
He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
