No New COVID-19 Cases in Russell or Adair

County Judge-Executive Gary Robertson announced Friday evening that Russell County has no new cases of COVID-19. Russell remains at 18 total cases with 11 being released and 4 deaths. There are now just 3 active cases that are on home self-isolation.

Neighboring Adair County reported no changes on Friday as well.
